How to Enter
Please note there is no limit on the number of categories you may enter.
a) Online Entry
Complete online entry form here.
Please be aware you will be required to complete the entry form in its entirety. You may wish to write your entry on another document first.
Please upload any relevant supporting material. Only .txt. and doc. files are permitted. Maximum file size 200KB. Maximum word limit 1000 words.
Any material above and beyond the maximum file size can be sent direct to Katherine Swift, Northwest Football Awards, 40 Lapwing Lane, West Didsbury, Manchester, M20 2WR ensuring all elements are clearly marked with company name and category entered. Please note we require two copies of all supporting material that can not be returned, failure to supply may result in your entry being invalid.
b) Hand Written Entry
Download the pdf entry form here print off and hand write.
Complete all relevant information, attaching extra sheets where required. Entries to be no more than 1000 words or four A4 sides, in no less than 10pt font.
Please note we require two copies of each entry and any supporting material, failure to supply may result in your entry being invalid. Supporting material can not be returned.
The deadline for entries for this year’s awards is Wednesday 7th July.
